Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 15th January 2025: ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC (“ENBD REIT”), the Shari'a compliant real estate investment trust managed by Emirates NBD Asset Management Limited, has announced changes to the membership of its Shari'a Supervisory Board. The Internal Shari’ah Supervisory Committee (ISSC) of Emirates NBD Group has been appointed to the Board and has replaced Amanie Advisors LLC (“Amanie Advisors”).
The ISSC members hold a non-executive role within ENBD REIT's governance structure and remain independent of ENBD REIT.
