Emirates NBD Asset Management Limited, the Fund Manager of ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC (“ENBD REIT”), the Shari’a compliant real estate investment trust admitted to the Official List of Securities maintained by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (the “DFSA”) and admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Dubai exchange, announces that it has received a report from a “Connected Person” as defined in the DFSA’s Markets Rules. The relevant notification pertains to a Connected Person having increased its level of interest from 10.42% to 12.17%.

Number of ordinary shares held immediately before the transaction: 26,049,112 shares representing 10.42% interest. Number of ordinary shares held immediately after the transaction: 30,418,481 shares, representing 12.17% interest.
