IMPORTANT INFORMATION - CONNECTED PERSONS REPORT

Emirates NBD Asset Management Limited, the Fund Manager of ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC (“ENBD REIT”), the Shari’a compliant real estate investment trust admitted to the Official List of Securities maintained by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (the “DFSA”) and admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Dubai exchange, announces that it has received a report from a “Connected Person” as defined in the DFSA’s Markets Rules. The relevant notification pertains to a Connected Person having increased its level of interest from 10.42% to 12.17%.

c. the name and registered address of the Listed Fund: ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC, Level 8, East Wing, Gate Building, DIFC, PO Box 506578, Dubai, UAE

d. the date on which the event giving rise to the obligation to file a report occurred: 2 June 2022

e. the date on which the filing was made: 9 June 2022

f. the price, amount and class of Securities or other Investments as is relevant in relation to the transaction or other event and the previous and new level of interest held: 4,369,369 ordinary shares acquired on 2 June 2022 at USD 0.43 per share. Number of ordinary shares held immediately before the transaction: 26,049,112 shares representing 10.42% interest. Number of ordinary shares held immediately after the transaction: 30,418,481 shares, representing 12.17% interest.
