Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 24th January 2019: ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC ("ENBD REIT" or the "REIT"), Nasdaq Dubai-listed Shari’a compliant real estate investment trust managed by Emirates NBD Asset Management Limited, announces that with effect from 27 January 2019, it will begin trading under the new name, ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC, on Nasdaq Dubai (previously ENBD REIT (CEIC) Limited). This reflects changes in the new DIFC Companies Law 2018 (DIFC Law No.5 of 2018) and the DIFC Companies Regulations 2018 that were effected in November 2018.
The Company confirms that this name change has no impact on the structure or operations.
