Emirates NBD Asset Management Limited, the Fund Manager of ENBD REIT (CEIC) PLC ("ENBD REIT"), the Shari'a compliant real estate investment trust admitted to the Official List of Securities maintained by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (the DFSA) and admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Dubai exchange, announces that it has received a report from a "Connected Person" as defined in the DFSA's Markets Rules. The relevant notification pertains to an entity having become a "Connected Person" by virtue of having acquired an aggregate interest in excess of 5%.

f. the price, amount and class of Securities or other Investments as is relevant in relation to the transaction or other event and the previous and new level of interest held: 2,046,690 ordinary shares were acquired at USD 0.42 per share. The number of ordinary shares held immediately before the transaction giving rise to the Connected Person notification was 11,073,163 shares, representing a 4.43% interest in ENBD REIT; and the number of shares held immediately after the transaction was 13,119,853 shares, representing a 5.25% interest in ENBD REIT.
